TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum Orders
In order to provide our retail and wholesale customers maximum quality and support, there is a $150.00 wholesale order minimum excluding shipping. Any wholesale order not meeting the minimum will be charged retail prices. There is a $20.00 minimum for retail orders excluding shipping. Retail orders not meeting this level will be charged a $10.00 small order handling fee.
Sales Tax
State sales tax of 8.25% will be collected for retail customer’s shipments within the state of California only.
Shipments
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. Please allow additional order processing time during trade shows. All orders are checked twice for accuracy and quality to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note our leaves are handmade and in high demand, so occasionally shortages do occur.
Free Shipping
All shipments retail and wholesale within the United States and Canada are shipped free of charge standard shipping USPS 1ST Class 3-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping
USPS Priority mail 2-7 business days $6.95
USPS 2 day Air 2 business days $20.00
USPS Overnight Air 1 business day $30.00
International Shipments
International shipments will be shipped Priority mail. Any import fees duties or taxes associated with an international shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All orders form Beautiful Leaves & Things will be insured.
Payment Options
All orders must be paid before shipping. We accept only Visa, MasterCard and money orders for payment at this time.
Claims
All claims related to shipping must be reported within three days of receipt of the shipment. If the shipment is suspected to be lost or damaged during shipping a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier for insurance coverage.
Retail Return or Exchange Policy
Retail returns or exchanges are allowed with prior authorization, Return Merchandised Authorization (RMA) returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date of the receipt and in the same condition as sold. A 15% restocking fee will apply on returns only. There are no refunds on shipping or insurance fees. All return fees are the responsibility of the sender, and all return shipments must be insured. A copy of the sales receipt and invoice clearly marking the items returned and stating the reason for return must also be included. Do not ship in standard envelopes as they go through automatic sorting machines and they could damage the leaves or the envelope could arrive with nothing inside.
Wholesale Return Policy
It is our policy that all loose leaves sold to wholesale accounts are non-refundable. This will help us maintain the lowest wholesale pricing possible.

Please insure and keep your receipt for the insurance of any returns. Should the package be lost or damaged in shipping, we are not responsible. You will need your insurance receipt to file for loss or damage.
